Ingredients
- Pizza dough: 1 pre-made or homemade dough.
- Pizza sauce: 1/2 cup.
- Mozzarella cheese: 1 1/2 cups, shredded.
- Pepperoni slices: 1/2 cup (optional).
- Bell peppers: 1/4 cup, sliced.
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon.
- Oregano: 1 teaspoon.
- Salt and black pepper: To taste.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and brush the edges with olive oil.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
