Description

Ingredients

  • 200g feta cheese
  • 500g cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 60ml olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 300g pasta of choice
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place the feta cheese in the center of a baking dish and surround it with cherry tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle minced garlic over the tomatoes and feta.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the feta and tomatoes, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until the tomatoes burst and the feta is soft.
