- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Additional buffalo sauce for coating
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, buffalo sauce, green onions, blue cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
- Remove the meatballs from the oven and toss them in additional buffalo sauce to coat.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce or garnish with extra blue cheese and green onions.
