- 1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 12 oz wide egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cans (10.5 oz each) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 sleeve buttery crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook egg noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked noodles, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
