- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet, forming clusters.
- Freeze the clusters for at least 1 hour or until solid.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip the frozen yogurt clusters into the melted chocolate, then return to the baking sheet.
- Freeze again for 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
