Description

Churro Cheesecake Bars are a delightful no-bake dessert that combines the flavors of churros and cheesecake, topped with a sweet cinnamon sugar coating.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream gently until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  6. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust evenly.
  7. In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon together.
  8. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the cheesecake layer.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
