- 1 lb white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the fish fillets into taco-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place flour in a separate bowl and beaten eggs in another.
- Coat each fish piece in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated fish pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing fish on each tortilla, topped with cabbage, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
- Mix sour cream with hot sauce and drizzle over the tacos if desired.

- For extra flavor, marinate the fish in lime juice and spices before coating.
