Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the fish fillets into taco-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place flour in a separate bowl and beaten eggs in another.
  5. Coat each fish piece in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the coated fish pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  8. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  9. Assemble the tacos by placing fish on each tortilla, topped with cabbage, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
