Description

Ingredients

  • 200g pasta of choice
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, until they start to soften.
  4. Stir in the cooked pasta and chopped basil leaves. Toss to combine.
