Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down, and grill for about 3-4 minutes until charred and softened.
  4. Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
  5. Arrange the mixed greens on a serving platter.
  6. Place the grilled peaches on top of the greens.
