A refreshing and easy-to-make salad featuring grilled peaches and creamy burrata, perfect for summer.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 ball of burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down, and grill for about 3-4 minutes until charred and softened.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- Arrange the mixed greens on a serving platter.
- Place the grilled peaches on top of the greens.
- Tear the burrata cheese and scatter it over the salad.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For added flavor, try adding toasted nuts or seeds.
