Description

Frozen Berry Yogurt Popsicles are a delicious and healthy summer treat, perfect for cooling down on hot days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups mixed frozen berries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen berries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
  6. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes

  • You can use any combination of berries you like.
  • Adjust the sweetness to your taste by adding more or less honey.
  • For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
