This keto hamburger and broccoli skillet is a one-pan low-carb meal packed with protein, fiber, and cheesy comfort. A perfect weeknight dinner for keto enthusiasts!
Ingredients
- Ground beef: 1 lb (80/20 blend for rich flavor)
- Broccoli florets: 2 cups, chopped
- Cheddar cheese: 1 cup, shredded
- Heavy cream: 2 tbsp
- Garlic powder: 1 tsp
- Onion powder: 1 tsp
- Olive oil: 1 tbsp
- Salt & black pepper: To taste
- Red pepper flakes: Optional, 1/4 tsp for a spicy kick
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Sauté until broccoli is just tender.
- Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream and half of the cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
- Top with remaining cheese, cover and let melt for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
