Description

This Kiwi Strawberry Chia Parfait is a perfect easy breakfast recipe that combines the freshness of fruits with the nutritional benefits of chia seeds.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chia seeds and almond milk. Stir well and let it sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator to thicken.
  2. Once the chia pudding is ready, layer it in a glass or jar starting with a layer of chia pudding.
  3. Add a layer of sliced kiwis followed by a layer of sliced strawberries.
  4. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the fruit layers.
  5. Top with granola for a crunchy texture.
  6. Repeat the layers if desired and garnish with mint leaves.
  7. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
