- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup mango puree
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the mango puree, Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the mango Sriracha sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more Sriracha to the sauce.
- These wings can also be grilled for a smoky flavor.
- Serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
