Description

Mango Sriracha Chicken Wings are a delicious blend of sweet and spicy flavors, perfect for game day appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup mango puree
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mango puree, Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the mango Sriracha sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more Sriracha to the sauce.
  • These wings can also be grilled for a smoky flavor.
