Melon Kiwi Ice Pops are a refreshing and healthy frozen treat perfect for beating the summer heat. These homemade popsicles combine the sweet and juicy flavors of melon with the tangy taste of kiwi, making them an ideal snack for hot days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of melon, cubed
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1/2 cup of water
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cubed melon, honey, and water. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the melon mixture into popsicle molds, filling them halfway.
- Add a few slices of kiwi to each mold.
- Fill the rest of the mold with the remaining melon mixture.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To release the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
- For a sweeter taste, adjust the amount of honey to your preference.
