- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup peach preserves
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the peach preserves, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
- Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix it with the sauce.
- Serve the pulled chicken on slider buns, topped with coleslaw if desired.
Notes
