Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Coleslaw (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the peach preserves, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
  5. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
  6. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix it with the sauce.
  7. Serve the pulled chicken on slider buns, topped with coleslaw if desired.
