Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread
  • 1 ripe peach, sliced
  • 4 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 tbsp hot honey
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the flatbread.
  4. Arrange the sliced peaches evenly on top of the flatbread.
  5. Break the burrata cheese into pieces and distribute it over the peaches.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese is warm.
