- 1 flatbread
- 1 ripe peach, sliced
- 4 oz burrata cheese
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Olive oil for drizzling
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the flatbread.
- Arrange the sliced peaches evenly on top of the flatbread.
- Break the burrata cheese into pieces and distribute it over the peaches.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese is warm.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with hot honey.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add more hot honey.
- This flatbread is best served fresh out of the oven.
- Feel free to substitute peaches with other seasonal fruits.
