  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add crumbled tofu and cook until golden brown.
