Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of brioche bread, cut into cubes
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, mascarpone cheese, sugar, coffee, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add the brioche cubes to the mixture and gently fold until well coated.
