Prepare the ingredients by chopping the cucumber, dicing the avocados, and slicing the red onion. Chop fresh cilantro for garnish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocado, chopped cucumber, sliced red onion, and fresh cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
