  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced into halves or rounds
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella sliced or bocconcini
  • 1 handful fresh basil leaves torn or whole
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil optional
  • 1 pinch sea salt to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper freshly cracked, to taste

  • Rinse and slice the fresh strawberries into halves or thin rounds.
