@gigimadanipour ✨Strawberry, Burrata + Prosciutto Salad✨ Easy and delish, we love using fresh sustainably grown California strawberries in this simple salad that is full of flavour! @castrawberries are full of fibre, potassium and the perfect fruit to add to a salad! One serving is just 8 strawberries! They pair so well with arugula and burrata - this salad is a must for fall entertaining. You can whip it up in 30 minutes- I like to add some prosciutto and pine nuts for crunch! Bonus points for how easy it is to find them locally at our grocery store. They’re a delicious option all year long that my kids love. Notes

For best results, use fresh, high-quality burrata and ripe strawberries. If the strawberries are slightly tart, macerate them with a teaspoon of honey before adding them to the salad.
