1cupcoleslaw mix

Instructions
In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
Dip fish strips into breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to coat thoroughly on all sides.
Spray air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray, place breaded fish strips in a single layer without overcrowding.
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking until golden and crispy.
