  • 1/2 cup rolled oats gluten-free if needed
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds for extra fiber
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon for natural flavor
  • 1 tsp maple syrup optional, for slight sweetness

For the Toppings

  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 1/4 cup berries strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts walnuts, almonds, or pecans

Instructions
 

  • In a mason jar or bowl, mix rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and almond milk. Stir well.
