For the Salmon 4 fillets salmon approximately 6 oz each 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 3 cloves garlic minced 1 lemon juiced and sliced 0.5 tsp sea salt 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly ground 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped, optional
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil evenly over each fillet.
Sprinkle minced garlic, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper evenly over each salmon fillet.
Place lemon slices on top of each fillet. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
