Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 lemon juiced
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

For Serving (Optional)

  • 1 loaf crusty bread sliced
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, but not browned.
  • Add shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook shrimp for approximately 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and slightly curled.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over shrimp, then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper according to taste.
  • Remove from heat, garnish generously with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately with crusty bread and lemon wedges.
