Ingredients
  

For the Cauliflower Steaks

  • 1 large head cauliflower cut into 1-inch thick steaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Lemon-Herb Drizzle

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (approximately 400°F / 200°C).
  • Slice cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks, keeping core intact to hold steaks together.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush both sides of cauliflower steaks generously with the seasoned oil.
  • Place steaks on preheated grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side, turning carefully until tender with grill marks.
  • Meanwhile, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, and chopped parsley to make lemon-herb drizzle.
  • Transfer grilled cauliflower steaks to a serving plate. Drizzle generously with lemon-herb sauce and serve hot.
