Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Add-ins

  • 1 cup raisins plump and juicy
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.

Notes

For extra flavor, soak the raisins in warm water for 10 minutes before adding them to the batter. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
