  • 0.5 tsp salt to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp burger sauce or sriracha as desired

  • Slice the cabbage into thick 1-inch rounds. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Notes
