Ingredients
  

For the Sandwich

  • 3 slices whole wheat bread toasted
  • 6 slices roasted turkey breast thinly sliced
  • 4 slices crispy bacon cooked
  • 1/2 avocado mashed
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 slices tomato fresh
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon juice to prevent avocado browning

Instructions
 

  • Toast the three slices of whole wheat bread until golden brown for extra crunch.
  • In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make a creamy spread.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one slice of toasted bread. Add two slices of turkey, a slice of cheddar cheese, and one leaf of lettuce.
  • Place another slice of toasted bread on top. Spread the mashed avocado mixture on this second layer.
  • Top with crispy bacon slices, fresh tomato slices, and the remaining lettuce leaf.
  • Finish with the third slice of toasted bread. Press the sandwich gently to secure the layers.
  • Secure with toothpicks at each corner, then slice into quarters diagonally for easy serving.
  • Serve immediately with a side of potato chips or a fresh salad for a complete meal.

For extra crunch, add thinly sliced cucumber or swap mayonnaise with Greek yogurt for a healthier alternative.
